Andrew is a professional geotechnical engineer and an associate member of the firm's construction law team. Andrew's construction industry experience has included employment for contractors and engineering consultants. While employed as a geotechnical engineer from 1996 to 2000, Andrew was primarily engaged in on-site construction supervision and management on projects noted for their technical and logistical difficulties. This included on-site roles at the Kemess South Mine in northern British Columbia and the Casecnan Multipurpose Hydroelectric and Irrigation Project in the Philippines.

His practice primarily focuses on construction litigation.

Professional Experience

Since joining Jenkins Marzban Logan in 2003, Andrew has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s construction litigation practice. He began his career working with number of general contractors on infrastructure projects ranging in size and complexity. His experience as a geotechnical engineer included involvement in on-site engineering, construction supervision, contract management, feasibility and detailed design work, and report preparation.
