RECENT EVENTS

On April 13, 2010, Michael Demers and David Mckenzie delivered a presentation on builders liens to a packed house for the Vancouver Regional Construction Association.

John Logan and Bob Jenkins spoke at the Construction Law CLE held April 9, 2010. John was co-chair and gave a thrilling presentation on the "Effect of the New Supreme Court Rules on the practice of Construction Law". Bob was even better in a panel discussion on "Contract Negotiations" from the contractors perspective.

In March 2010, Don Thompson and David Mckenzie delivered the Big Hall Lecture on builders liens to British Columbia's next crop of lawyers at the bar admission course.

Mike Demers and Bob Jenkins presented on a number of topics at the 10th annual Southern Interior Construction Association Contractor Consultant Owner Workshop held in February.
