Exclusively practicing commercial litigation for more than 40 years, Guy Holeksa is highly experienced in shareholders’ and partners’ disputes, employment law, litigation over real property, property assessment, and estate litigation.
Beginning with personal injury and criminal matters, Guy progressed to products liability, employment law, and shareholders’ and partners’ disputes. He has been counsel on approximately 100 cases in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, 25 appeals and 80 hearings before administrative tribunals. He also has extensive experience in litigation involving estates, both challenges to the validity of wills and the variation of wills, as well as challenging property assessments and matters related to property taxation.
Beyond his busy litigation practice, Guy has devoted his time to his wonderful partner and four children, now grown, including coaching his two sons on their respective hockey teams for eight years.
