His expertise in complex corporate and commercial litigation encompasses corporate governance issues, shareholder disputes, partnership and joint venture disputes, director and officer liability, oppression claims, and derivative actions. Aaron’s real estate litigation practice includes representing both buyers and sellers in cases involving collapsed deals, rescission disputes, and non-disclosures of defects. He is also highly skilled in the registration and removal of certificates of pending litigation. Recently, Aaron has expanded his practice to include civil fraud litigation, where he has successfully obtained ex parte Mareva injunctions and secured favorable outcomes for his clients.
