Martin Shi

Profile

Martin Shi graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2024 and was called to the bar in 2025. His practice is focused on construction law, applying a pragmatic and collaborative approach to dispute resolution.

Before joining Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP, Martin completed his articles at a provincial Crown corporation in the area of insurance defence, where he gained experience in BC Supreme Court proceedings. During his law study, Martin completed an internship at the BC Provincial Court.

Prior to law school, Martin studied German philosophy of the 18th and 19th centuries. Outside work, he enjoys playing tennis and exploring local eateries.
