Sandra Lowe serves as Chief Operating Officer and is an integral member of the management committee at JML. In her role, she oversees daily operations, including finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and business development. Sandra directly supports the firm’s partners by guiding strategic planning and implementing policies to achieve key objectives.
Beyond her professional commitments, Sandra is deeply committed to community and international service. She currently serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Vancouver and has been involved in organizing and leading humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic for over fourteen years. Recently, she contributed to house-building projects with Live Different and participated in build trips to Nicaragua with the Rotary Club of Stratford.
With a passion for ice hockey, Sandra has officiated games across Canada, Switzerland, and China as a referee for Hockey Canada. She now mentors officials selected for the BC Hockey and Hockey Canada High Performance Officiating Program. During the NHL season, she works as a video replay official or penalty timekeeper. Outside of hockey, Sandra enjoys road cycling and serves as a ride ambassador for recreational cycling clubs.
